There is a bed and breakfast on the island now- the Bay Breeze Lodge. They have reasonable rates. You can find information in the link below. You can also bring your own lodging- tents or mobile homes. We have one campground at Sandy Point. They have various accommodations. You can see if they have an offering for you a check the rates on the page linked below.
Once you're in the area, you'll be able to get to and from the island by either the causeway road or by the ferry.

The auto repair shop next door to the market is closed and currently seeking renters.
We have a new restaurant on the island. Pearl's Bay-Villa is a full service restaurant operating on the waterfront at the end of Brumley Road.
If you need something to go, Knotts Island Market has a good deli.
