Keel

The first stage of assembly is fairly "cut and dry".  The  bulkheads came out of the sheet easily and they were mostly symmetric requiring no shaping at this point.  Some of them needed card stock shims to fill slight gaps at the false keel.

The sub decking is a little flimsy but I'll firm that up while I'm applying the deck planks.  This picture shows the false keel with its bulkheads and sub-deck ready to go.  The shaping blocks have been installed on the bow and stern.
